Handouts for Open House!

With the start of the school year, we all have "Meet the Teacher" or "Open House" nights.  I always find this to be the best time to get as much information as I can about my students and their families.  I created these great forms to use during open house to make sure you know everything you need to know about your students.

First, I created this "Student Information" form.  It has everything from nickname, birthday, and siblings, to how they go home, and parent information.  This wonderful form is for sale on Teachers Pay Teachers.  Just click the link or pictures below to check it out!

Next, I created this "Parent Volunteer Sign-Up" form.  At my school, our parents are required to volunteer for at least 20 hours a year in our classroom or school.  I wanted to know how parents were willing to help out so I could make the most out of their volunteer time.  This form has a space for contact information, as well as lots of ideas on how they can help in the classroom this year.  This is also for sale on Teachers Pay Teachers, so click the link below if you're interested in it!
